Return Policy

At Jai Bhavani Collection, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from what you ordered, you can request a return by contacting us within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging should be intact.
  • The product should not have been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Proof of purchase/order details may be required.
Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags may not be accepted. Certain products may also be marked as non-returnable on their product page.
Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos/videos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and provide the appropriate resolution.
