Exchange Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident with your purchase.

Eligible products may be exchanged if you receive the wrong size, incorrect product, damaged product, or an item with an eligible quality issue.
Exchange Conditions

Exchange request should generally be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and unworn.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Product should be returned in original packaging.
  • Products that have been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible.
Size Exchange

If size exchange is available for your product, you can request an exchange subject to availability.

Please check the size chart before ordering to select the most suitable size.

Exchange availability may vary depending on the product. Products marked as non-exchangeable cannot be exchanged.
